Stan Koyanagi

Stan Koyanagi is General Counsel for ORIX Corporation USA (ORIX USA) and Global General Counsel and a Member of the Board of Directors of ORIX Corporation, as well as Management Board member of ORIX Coporation Europe. He serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the executive committee, compensation committee, and management committee of ORIX USA.

Before joining ORIX Corporation in 2013, he was with KB HOME in Los Angeles, California, as its Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and previously, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for ORIX Corporation USA from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Koyanagi started his career in private law practice, notably as a partner at Graham & James LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs LLP).

Mr. Koyanagi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Stanford University.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for ORIX Corporation and ORIX USA, Mr. Koyanagi is an active board member for Ormat Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ORA) and the U.S- Japan Council in Japan.
